A Baltimore County substitute teacher was eliminated from course following a number of of her fourth-quality students claimed she gave some of the pupils lap dances, it has been claimed.
The alleged incident took place all through class at Halethorpe Elementary University on Tuesday.

Zook told law enforcement that the female then ‘proceeded to sit on him and bounce up and down on his lap.’
